The cake is finished with rosettes of luscious coconut whipped ganache, made from Valrhona chocolate and coconut cream. The coconut whipped ganache complements the gula melaka sponge perfectly, enhancing the gula melaka caramel tones, creating a beautifully rounded flavour profile that feels both comforting and elegant.
