GULA MELAKA COCONUT CAKE

The Gula Melaka Coconut cake is a celebration of depth, aroma and indulgence. The gula melaka sponge cake is infused with premium gula melaka, lending it a rich caramel complexity and a naturally fragrant sweetness that lingers on the palate. Light yet moist, each bite carries the unmistakable character of this beloved palm sugar.

The cake is finished with rosettes of luscious coconut whipped ganache, made from Valrhona chocolate and coconut cream. The coconut whipped ganache complements the gula melaka sponge perfectly, enhancing the gula melaka caramel tones, creating a beautifully rounded flavour profile that feels both comforting and elegant.
