  • OLA Finance & Audit Committee Background

    The Finance & Audit Committee is a newly merged committee combining the tasks of financial oversight with that of the audit preparation and review. Additionally, the Board made the change to remove the Council Treasurers from this committee as there are no longer financial budgets at the Council level, and make this a committee of members who choose to bring their financial acumen to the Board table to support the organization. The following questions and your responses will support the Board in making appointments to the Finance & Audit Committee.

    Applications close November 19, 2025. Appointments will be announced in December following the Board ratification.
