If your request has been approved, we will email an invoice followed by a payment link for you to make payment before your medication is sent out or collected. Terms and Conditions *
Written prescriptions for new drugs are charged at £16.50, and repeat prescriptions are charged at £8.28. This fee includes a digital copy of the prescription, which will be emailed to you, and postage the original document to your preferred address. Medication will only be dispensed to animals under our care. If your pet is due a review or has not been seen within a suitable time frame to allow the clinical team to prescribe medication, we will notify you of this and invite you to book in with a relevant clinician. The routine review of patients is critical to maintaining health and welfare standards for the animals and is a legal requirement for the practice.
