Making an Offer

We ask all interested parties to submit offers in writing. This gives you the opportunity to clearly outline your exact offer including expectations and requirements.  Please do remember that the more information you provide at this stage, the more likely we are to be able to get your offer accepted.

By instructing us to forward this offer, the buyer confirms the above information to be true to the best of their knowledge, whilst all sales are subject to contract the buyer agrees to perform to the best of their abilities in line with the set out target dates and transactional values. The buyer accepts that this offer is subject to the vendors acceptance and that the vendor may choose to decline their offer. If the buyer would then like to proceed to change the numerical value of the offer, the signer agrees that the information provided on the original offer will be assumed to remain correct unless specified elsewhere. If your offer is accepted the buyer agrees (if not already done so) to provide a full set of ID, proof of funds, AIP etc. and to instruct their solicitor and mortgage adviser within 48 hours of the offer being accepted. It is to be acknowledged on both sides of the transaction that whilst this offer form (heads of terms) acts as a guideline to the agreed sale, it is subject to change and is not an enforceable contract.
