Rules & Conditions of Entry:
- £15 per tractor payment on the day or in advance contact Ben kearle on 07969377782 for advance payment
- Entrants participate at their own risk.
- Drivers must be 16+, have a license and be competent to operate their tractor.
- Tractors must be insured and may need to show proof upon request.
- Tractors must be safe with functioning brakes, steering, and throttle.
- Secure drawbar or approved hitch point required.
- Organisers may inspect and refuse unsafe tractors.
- Weighted trailer supplied by organisers must be used and not altered.
- Follow designated course and marked boundaries.
- No alcohol or drugs permitted before or during competition.
- Failure to complete the course is recorded as DNF.
- Unsafe/dangerous driving, reckless gear changes, excessive speed outside the course, or unsafe behaviour can cause immediate disqualification.
- Marshals’ and organisers’ decisions are final.
- No passengers unless authorised.
- Seat belts must be worn where fitted.
- Organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or accident to persons, vehicles, or property.
- Driver briefing 10:30am sharp all drivers to be present
