Organized by Kendra, LLC is a full-service home organization + styling company based in Southaven, MS, just 10 miles south of Memphis, TN. We provide residential and commercial services to ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives who desire to cancel clutter, optimize space, and create systems that blend aesthetics with functionality. Our goal is to guide our clients towards the harmony they lack to live with ease.

While most of our jobs are indoors, we also provide services in outdoor spaces, such as garages and attics. All team members should be willing to service any area of the client's home.

-Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts, including standing, lifting (up to 40lbs), squatting, bending, and repetitive motions.

-Reliable transportation and willingness to travel the Memphis Metro area and Desoto County (and sometimes further)

Responsibilities: Assistants ($15 - 20 Per Hour)

-Assist Team Lead with executing and organizing projects from start to finish

Responsibilities: Team Leads ($35 - 40 Per Hour)

Our Team Leads play an integral part in our business and act as the front line of Organized by Kendra. Team Leads substantially impact the productivity and success of Organized by Kendra.

Leadership: Must be able to effectively oversee projects and people by providing guidance and instruction.

Organization: Must be able to keep track of various tasks, employees, and client needs.

Strategy: Must be able to devise a plan of action and the tasks to accomplish them.

Communication: Must be able to relay information to COO and team members effectively, written and verbal

NOTE: Team Leads work as assistants for a minimum of 3 months before the opportunity for advancement.

NOTE: This is a contract position with annual reported payments via 1099. Selected candidates will be required to complete a W-9, a Background Check (at employee expense of $30-$40), a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and a 2 Year Non-Compete Clause. If you agree, please type initials below and proceed.
SHIFTS & HOURS: Shifts for this position are first come, first serve, and there are no guaranteed shifts each week. Hours for this position are typically as followed: Sun 12:30 pm-3:30 pm, Mon Closed, Tues - Saturday 10:30am - 3:30pm. Shifts are subject to change to meet client needs.
