The time that services will begin will be determined by us when the contract is received.

•  A signed contract is required for all weddings to secure desired wedding date.
•  A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the wedding day. There will be a deposit fee of $100 for hair services, and $50 for makeup services. The fee will be applied to the bride’s services the day of wedding. Deposits can be made by cash,charge, or credit card on file.
•  Contract and deposit is due within 10 DAYS of being issued. If a contract and deposit is not received within the 10 days, it is possible for another wedding to be booked on the desired date. 
•  All contracts require a valid credit card to be kept on file in the event of a cancellation or breach of contract.
• A completed(signed&submitted) contract will confirm and commit bride/bridal party to pay in full on the wedding day for the each service listed on contract. Any cancellations of services  day of  or now show appts will be charged to the card on file.
• For on location Wedding services All services listed on the contract must be paid in full by close of business 1 day prior to contracted date of services.  Services not paid by close of business the day before the wedding day will be charged to the credit card on file.

• To ensure completion of all services in the contracted amount of time, a schedule of services and times will be provided by Salon Cti of Appleton.
• Bridal party MUST be present and on time. If bridal party is not on time or prepared, all services scheduled may not be completed in the time allotted. For all services scheduled and not completed, the credit card on file will be charged.
• The first scheduled appointment MUST be present and prepared to start ON TIME.
• In the event a stylist/artist stands idle or is made to wait due to unpreparedness, a fee of $50 (per every half hour after the final finish time) will be charged to the card on file.
• We require all up-style services (unless scheduled for a blowout or other service) to have hair CLEAN and DRY before appointment start time, in order to keep on schedule. Up-styles services WILL NOT allow time for blow drying wet hair. If such a case arises and time permits, a fee of $20 will apply to blow dry. If no time permits, the service will be forfeited and the charge for up-style will still apply.
• For on location weddings,your chosen location MUST HAVE sufficient lighting and space for set-up to ensure our stylist/artist are able to properly perform contracted services.
• Button down, zippered, or loose fitting shirts are recommended to ensure hair stays intact when changing.

• Travel fee is a flate rate of $100 for onsite weddings.

• Bride is responsible for parking fees and/or any hotel accommodations the stylists/artists may encounter on wedding day at designated location.

• A trial hair appointment is recommended for the bride, but not required, & is not included in Bridal contract.
• Hair Trial Fee: $126 +- per 120 minutes
• Makeup Trial Fee: $106 + – per 90 minutes
• We recommend scheduling your bridal trial appointment between 8 weeks and 1 week prior to your wedding day. This timing allows us to perfect your look while keeping it fresh and tailored for your big day.Bride is responsible for scheduling all trial appointments.
• Trial appointments will take place at Salon Cti of Appleton.

When you come in for your practice, we recommend that you bring

• Your headpiece, veil, or any other hair accesories you plan on using

• Pictures of hairstyles/makeup that you like

• A picture of your dress

• Someone who’s opinion you value

Salon Cti of Appleton offers gift certificates for services in various dollar amounts.  Our gift certificates are a very nice way to say thank you to the members of your bridal party.

Please be aware that this contract requires a valid credit card to reserve all of your appointments. The complete cost of all bridal party services will be figured upon the information you provide on this Contract. 

Prices are subject to change as you or your guests may change their styling needs.

• No charges will be made to your credit card until services are performed.
• We do require 6 weeks advance notice cancellation  for contracted weddings.
• In the event that any services in this contract are canceled less than one week (7 days) prior to your Contracted Date, you will be held responsible for ALL (100%) of the cost of the service(s) cancelled and your credit card will be charged.
• In the event that an appointment is canceled from one week (7 days) to two weeks (14 days) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged.
• Payment for all services is due the day of services.
• Each guest may pay individually, or you may elect to have us charge your card for the whole party. Please note below how you will be paying. 

Please note that Gratuties are not included in the price of our services.

• We ask that any changes be made no later than one month (30 days) prior to the wedding date.
• Removing or downgrading any service after that date will result in a 50% charge for the appointment(s).
• In the event that an appointment is canceled with in 1 week of the wedding date you will be held responsible for (100%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card on file will be charged.
• Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service(s) scheduled.
• It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day!

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylist/artist, wedding cordinator/concierge,  and other clients.

• If you must cancel this contract, a cancellation may be taken NO LATER than 6 weeks before contracted wedding date.
•  In the event of a cancellation of wedding contract without a 6 week notice, You will be responsible for ALL (100%) of the services listed on the signed contract and card on file WILL be charged. 
• This also applies to requests to remove or downgrade individual Services within 1 week of wedding date. 
• Services may be added up until the scheduled day of Services, subject to stylist/artst availability.  
• A deposit and valid credit card on file is required in order to guarantee your appointment times. Please understand that you are guaranteeing all of your parties’ appointments, not just your own.
