Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, you the Client, agrees to the following:
*I agree that my event is not booked with Once Upon A Party (OUAP) until I have completed and returned this form along with the minimum of my deposit payment as outlined in the invoice I received.

*I agree that my deposit is non-refundable unless OUAP cancels its services. This includes any weather related issues, venue changes, time, or date of event changes. We will make every effort to reschedule your event and apply any payment to that new event if booked within 1 year of receiving your initial payment.

*OUAP is not responsible for damage to property once they have received our service or products. We exercise great caution in application and execution of our installations.

*I understand that balloons are sensitive to extreme heat and cold weather conditions. Balloon installations outdoors may not be advised in either of these conditions. If you decide you still want to install in either of these conditions, OUAP cannot guarantee the quality of your display.

*I understand that latex is used in all of our balloon displays. I am responsible for making sure there are no allergies but in the event there is an issue, OUAP is not responsible for any reactions caused by the balloon display.
