Statement of Purpose* This field is required.Pride Community Center's OUToberfest event offers unique opportunities for outreach to the LGBTQIA+ community for nonprofit organizations, resources, artisans, craftors and business that support our mission and champion LGBTQIA+ equality. By submitting this application and agreeing to this statement below, I affirm the following statements are true: - We support the Pride Community Center's mission of building community, providing support and raising awareness for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Brazos Valley. - We believe in helping build a community where LGBTQIA+ people are valued and celebrated for who they are. - We support the rights and self-expression of our transgender, nonbinary and gender non-conforming neighbors; parents of LGBTQIA+ youth; same-sex couples and parents; drag performers; and BIPOC community members - We are joining this event to affirm our support in the fight against discrimination and the struggle for equality for LGBTQIA+ people and their families. - We commit to respecting all members of the LGBTQIA+ community and reject all forms of discrimination, particularly on the basis of age, ancestry, disability, national or ethnic origin, race, religious belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital or veteran status.

Terms and Conditions* This field is required.Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee approval. Your application is pending approval until you receive notification that you have been approved. Applicants will be notified of approval by September 10, 2025. Pride Community Center has the right to deny any application at their discretion. Each application will be reviewed to determine if the vendor is committed to the equality of all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. If at any time before or during the festival, it is found that you are spreading any kind of hate message, no matter the type, or any materials deemed inappropriate by the PCC, your application will be denied, approval will be revoked, or you will be asked to leave the festival and any application fees will be forefit. Any items left behind after the festival may become the property of the PCC once a reasonable attempt to return to the organization's point of contact has been made While requests may be made, Pride Community Center does not guarantee placement in any particular location and we reserve the right to move vendors up to the start of the festival to ensure appropriate spacing. If this happens, vendors will be appropriately notified. No portable generators (except those for Food Trucks approved in writing at least 72 hours prior to the start of the festival) will be allowed. Food Trucks with generators accept all responsibility for ensuring their equipment and power cords are set up safely to avoid trip hazards, burns and fires, among other hazards.

Political Candidate and Hate Speech Statement* This field is required.Pride Community Center is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and as such may not participate in supporting specific candidates. By checking this box, I affirm that I am not a political candidate, and that I will not be using my booth to support or promote a specific candidate at the festival.
