  • Women's Collegiate Volleyball Scholarship Application

  • Scholarship Criteria

    This scholarship supports collegiate women's volleyball players with financial assistance to pursue their academic and athletic goals.

    Scholarships will be prioritized for first-year college students. Depending of funding, returning applicants may apply, but are not guaranteed an additional scholarship award. Returning applicants are encouraged to establish CA state residency to access free or reduced tuition instead. Steps to establish residency can be found here.

     

    To qualify, first time-applicants must meet the following criteria:

    - Reside outside California

    - Demonstrate financial need

    - Preferably have a minimum GPA of 2.8

    - Be actively recruited and/or in communication with a coach at a California College or University

     

    Application Deadline:  May 31st, 2026

    Scholarship Amount: Up to $10,000 – based on financial qualifications

     

    * This is a need based scholarship, not an academic scholarship. We want to see a GPA that keeps students playing and off academic probation, but academic performance is not the most important criteria for scholarship selection. We have designed our rubric to reflect that. *
