VIP Goody Bag - Leaflets/Samples x 150

Include 150 of your leaflets or product samples in the VIP goody bags. Add two leaflets or samples to each bag and get a 30% discount, add three and get a 40% discount. Leaflets or samples will need to be delivered to a Hornchurch address at least three weeks before the fair.

Include a half page or full page advert for your business in the event programme. This will be given, free of charge, to every couple that attends the wedding fair.

If you request tables and chairs on this form, they will be set up in advance and we may not be able to remove them, so if you decide that you no longer need a table or chairs, please let us know in advance.

Don't forget to bring your own table cloth/covering.

In addition to your stand, your booking will also include:
- Your business listed in the event programme that will be given to every couple on the day.
- Details of all couples that pre-register and consent for their details to be shared with you. This will be sent by email after the event.
- Free parking all day.
- Your business name, logo and website listed in our online wedding directory in the lead up to the event and for six months after.
- Tables and chairs (if selected above).

Sensory Hour
This event will include a sensory hour to ensure that neurodivergent people and those with sensory challenges are able to attend and enjoy the event without the worry of being overwhelmed.

At this event, sensory hour will be from 2pm-3pm. During this time you will be required to:
- Turn off bright, neon or flashing lights
- Turn off music or background noises
- Wait to be approached by a customer before engaging
- Not engage in any 'hard selling'
If you are not willing to participate in sensory hour, you will not be permitted to exhibit at any Owlets wedding fair.
