Disclaimer & Indemnity

• We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
• All activities are undertaken at your own risk, we accept no responsibility for any injuries during the tour (See insurance below)
General
Dear customers, for all tours:
• It is a company requirement that a life jacket is worn at all times, failure to adhere to this can result in your tour being cancelled.
• Failure to adhere to instructions from guides or acting in an irresponsible manner will lead to your tour being cancelled.
• Lost or broken equipment will be charged for at current rates
Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations or refunds due to weather are not accepted.
• We reserve the right to change schedules, stops and times of our tours due to weather and time available.
• All tickets are non-refundable
Insurance cover
Dear customers, for all tours:
• Insurance cover is provided for all ticket holders as stipulated by our current insurer.
• It is an insurance requirement that a life jacket is worn at all times, failure to adhere to this will void your insurance cover.
• Failure to adhere to instructions from guides or acting in an irresponsible manner leading to injury will void your insurance cover.
Bookings
Dear customers, for our online bookings for Pay Now or Pay On Arrival:
• Please wait at the reception of your hotel / resort (or where directed by staff) at the following times:

Pick up between 07:20 am. - 07:40 am
Our staff will re-confirm pick time again to your email, please recheck your mail box or spam box.
👉🏻Able to postpone /reschedule the trip. (Must contact at least 3 days in advance and reschedule is subject to boat availability)

No last minute cancellations.
In the case of a last-minute cancellation or No show,
No refund will be given!

*If the other sites of snorkeling are strong currently our staff and captain will not allow you to snorkel that site but will replace it with another spot for snorkeling instead.
• Please be on time, If our driver cannot find you, We will have to cancel your trip. Additional taxi pick-ups will be charged at 150 Baht / person.
