I acknowledge that payment is due immediately upon registration. Registration is not valid until payment in full is received by the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation. All payments in connection with the Art Travel Program are nonrefundable. Cancellations received in writing 45 days prior to trip departure date may be considered for a partial refund.

I understand that the trip cost includes hotel accommodations, ground transportation, select meals, and curated experiences. I am responsible for booking my own flights and for purchasing travel insurance if desired. I understand that travel insurance is not included in the cost but is strongly recommended.
