Artist warrants that any and all artwork provided by Artist for donation and display at Independence Gardens' The Art of Food event shall be, and is, original work conceived and created by Artist.

Artist will donate one (1) original art work to Independence Gardens for raffle/auction.
Additional Art Display Agreement

In addition to the main piece for potential auction or raffle, artist is invited to showcase 3-4 other pieces that align with the theme. As a part of our commitment to Independence Gardens, we request that 20% of the proceeds from any sales generated, from these pieces, during the event be donated to support our mission.
The Art of Food Artwork Paramaters

I acknowledge the receipt and understand the following parameters for the artwork displayed at The Art of Food. Theme: Your artwork should align with the theme of the event, focusing on the intersection of food, art, and the impact of community support on combating food insecurity. Medium: While we encourage artistic freedom, please consider using mediums that convey vibrancy and storytelling. Painting, illustration, mixed media, or digital art are all welcomed. Size: Artwork dimensions should be suitable for both gallery display and potential auction or raffle purposes. We recommend a minimum size of 11 x 14 for visibility and engagement. Inspiration: Consider drawing inspiration from the culinary world, showcasing the beauty of fresh produce, the artistry of chefs, or the communal aspects of sharing meals. Your piece should evoke emotions tied to hope, nourishment, and positive change. Additional Art Pieces: In addition to the main piece for potential auction or raffle, we invite you to showcase 3-4 other pieces that align with the theme. These additional pieces will contribute to the overall atmosphere of the event. Donation Percentage: As a part of our commitment to Independence Gardens, we request that 20% of the proceeds from any sales generated during the event be donated to support our mission. Delivery Deadline: Please ensure all artwork is delivered to Independence Gardens to the following address: 2520 Wales Way, Lewisville, Texas 75056 no later than Thursday, February 22, 2024 for proper curation and preparation.
