Aikido make-up classes/notice of absences

Please notify us of any absences as early as possible.

Our make-up class system depends on families notifying us of absences. When we know that a student will be away, their place can be made available to another student for a make-up class. Please notify us as soon as you know your child will be absent. We understand that sudden illness, family emergencies, and other unexpected situations can happen, and these will of course be taken into account.

Students are always welcome to make up missed classes free of charge if Paul is notified ahead of time. If a class is missed without any notification, it is considered an unexcused absence and does not qualify for a free make-up class.

Unexcused absences can still be made up for a fee of ¥4,000 per class, payable on the day of the make-up class.

Make-up class reservations

If you reserve a make-up class, the confirmation email means your reservation is complete and your space is held. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact Paul right away.

When a space becomes available, the system is updated to show the available space. If no date is shown for a class, it means there are currently no classes or no open spaces on that day. Please check the form again later, as availability is updated when we receive new absence notifications.
