2025 County Seminar Reservation Form
Return no later than June 1, 2025. Seminar will be at Roxbury Holiness Camp, 13763 Cumberland Hwy, Orrstown, PA 17244, July 8-11, 2025. This should be completed by County Chairperson or Booking Chairperson.
County Princesses are required to attend the PDPPS training seminar. County Alternates are encouraged to attend. Please complete this form so we have an accurate count of those attending Seminar.
PDPPS is asking for a non-refundable $20.00 deposit PER ATTENDEE and we will cover all other expenses for the Princess, Alternates and 1 chaperone. It is up to the county committee to decide who receives the scholarship. Counties are welcome to send more than one adult; however, there is a fee of $275 (or $255 minus the deposit or $150 commuter) for each additional adult. Please list all adults from your county attending seminar and indicate who is to receive the scholarship. All adults attending seminar must also submit the adult seminar form found online.

Please print this and send your $20 deposit(s) per attendee and/or additional fees to PDPPS, Training Seminar, PO Box 177 Laurelton, PA 17835 by June 1st.
Since reservations for Seminar and State Pageant are made in May, if a county princess fails to attend Seminar or State Competition, she will be held financially responsible. If an adult needs to cancel their Seminar registration, they must do so by 9:00am on June 30, 2025 or they will be held financially responsible.
