1. By signing this contract I am confirming to have paid my non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Portrait Fee (either at Aloe Beara Artisanal Collective or by e-transfer) 

2. I agree to pay the balance of my fee upon completion and pick-up of the final painting from Aloe Beara Artisanal Collective.  I understand that if the completed piece is not picked up within two weeks of being notified of the piece being complete, the piece may be donated to charity or sold in store.

3. I understand that the work cannot be started until I have submitted a high resolution photo to the artist via this form
4. I understand that this is an introductory price that is subject to change with cost of supplies and demand.  This rate also does not include UV anti fading varnish but this can be added on separately for an additional $8

5. I confirm that I have seen Andrea's sample portraits and understand that the portrait is not meant to be realistic, but an artistic likeness of the image provided; and that part of the original photograph may not be depicted in the portrait if the size of the paintable space will not allow without compromising detail to the face of the subject.

Portrait Deposit: The deposit fee of 50% the rate is due upon booking and is non-refundable. This fee secures your spot in line to have your pet portrait started. The balance can be paid upon pick-up of the piece.

Shipping costs are not included in the rates.

Paint in the Flow retains the copyright on all portraits reserves the right to use the images for advertising, display, publication, social media and/or other purposes for our portfolio. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the reference photo, process photos and videos of portrait subjects included in the portrait in this manner. 

SHARING images and links on the web from its main source is highly acceptable and encouraged to show family and friends your pet's portrait.
