Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund & Dispute Policy
Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect orders. Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after making the order. Cancellations made later than this may not qualify for a refund.

Delivery Restrictions
We currently only deliver within Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa prefectures. Delivery outside these areas is not available at this time.

Promotions are time-limited, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
