All persons and firms named in the Application may freely give any information concerning me that is required and I waive all rights of action that I may have for any consequences resulting from such information. By signing below, I authorize New Urban Village Development, Inc. (NUVD) to release information contained in this Application on my behalf and for my benefit.

    Notice of Resident Selection Criteria. I acknowledge and authorize that NUVD to obtain a background report in connection with

    my Application and that such report may include information on my current income, credit, rental and criminal histories. I also acknowledge that my application may be rejected based on information contained in such reports. If I do not meet the selection criteria, or if I provide inaccurate or incomplete information. I further acknowledge that my application may be rejected and my Non-Refundable Application Fee will not be refunded. Application fees are separate from the Reservation Fee. Residential Screening of applicant is provided by Tenant Background Check.

    Reservation Fee. I acknowledge NUVD requires a Non- Refundable Reservation Fee, equal to the monthly rent of the

    apartment, and that upon payment of that NUVD agrees to hold the apartment for me until the Lease Agreement is signed. I

    understand that once I fulfill my commitment by signing the Lease Agreement that the Reservation fee will be credited to the

    Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 and non-refundable move-in fee of $250. when Lease is signed .
