  • By my signature below, I am stating that the information I have provided in this Application is true, correct, and complete. All persons and firms named in the Application may freely give any information concerning me that is required and I waive all rights of action that I may have for any consequences resulting from such information. By signing below, I authorize New Urban Village Development, Inc. (NUVD) to release information contained in this application on my behalf and for my benefit.

    Notice of Resident Selection Criteria. I acknowledge and authorize NUVD to obtain a background report in connection with my Application, and that such report may include information on my current income, credit, rental, and criminal histories. I also acknowledge that my application may be rejected based on information contained in such reports if I do not meet the selection criteria or provide inaccurate or incomplete information. I further acknowledge that my application may be rejected, and my Non-Refundable Application Fee will not be refunded. Application fees are separate from the Reservation Fee. Residential Screening of applicants is provided by Tenant Background Check.

    Reservation Fee. I acknowledge NUVD requires a Non- Refundable Reservation Fee, and that upon payment of that NUVD agrees to hold the apartment for me until the Lease Agreement is signed. I understand that once I fulfill my commitment by signing the Lease Agreement the Reservation Fee will be credited to the Refundable Security Deposit and a non-refundable move-in fee of $250.
