Checks for winners will be written out to there Captain for each team that filled out the required W9 form.

I have read, understand and agree to the rules of the 2026 Palmetto Kingfish Tour and Palmetto Sweet 16 Shootout. The Captain signing this application further agrees that he/she is responsible for themselves, boat & crew at all times. Participants hereby release the Palmetto Kingfish Tour, its volunteers, committee members, employees, and sponsors from all liability. I further understand that the decision to fish is the responsibility of the Captain, Co-Captain and/ or anglers. Not the Palmetto Kingfish Tour and/or the Palmetto Sweet 16 Shootout operated by Grander Custom Tackle LLC. I have agreed to submit this application by electronic means. By checking the box and signing this application electronically I certify under penalty of perjury and false swearing that my answers are correct and complete to the best of my knowledge.
I also certify that I understand the questions and statements on this application. I have read and understand the rules for the 2026 Palmetto Kingfish Tour and/or the Palmetto Sweet 16 Shootout. I understand that the Palmetto Kingfish Tour is operated by Grander Custom Tackle LLC which is a private organization that can deny an application without cause. In the event that your application is denied, a full refund will be issued. Once payment is made and application is approved, your payment becomes non-refundable. I understand the penalties for giving false information or breaking the rules. I understand that an electronic signature has the same legal effect and can be enforced in the same way as a written signature.
In order to participate every team fishing the Palmetto Kingfish Tour and/or the Palmetto Sweet 16 Shootout must enter each individual affiliated tournament they wish to be eligible for points.
Please note that no refunds will be given unless a tournament is canceled or postponed by the Tournament Committee. No exceptions.
