    Indoor/Outdoor Pop up event every Sat Dec 13th 10am-2pm. 3804 S Elm Place Broken Arrow OK 74011. Marketing the event is very important for success of the event and your direct sales.
  • Key Event / Vendor Information:

    We can accommodate 20 indoor vendors. 

    This event will be indoor at 3804 S Elm Place Ste B Broken Arrow OK 74011. The SW quadrant of 101st and Elm.

    Event Time: 10am – 2pm

    8:30 am Vendor load-in & styling
    10 am First 25 kids get a free goodie bag
    10am-2pm PM Giveaway drawings
    2pm Vendor break-down & staff reset, vendors must be moved out by 2:45pm.

    • $50 Booth Fee – 6ft indoor space
    • $30 Booth Fee - 10x10 outdoor space

    Please remember that we are in Oklahoma, where weather can be unpredictable, and we do not cancel events due to weather conditions.

    You must bring your own setup which includes, tables, chairs and a tent (outdoors). Marketing the event and your participation in the event is very important.

    After your application has been approved, communication regarding the event will continue through email from vendors@shoppalomas.com.

    You are required to use your own point of sale and are responsible for collecting your own sales tax. We do not have change for your cash paying customers.
