ABOUT PALOMA'S
Paloma's has been part of the Broken Arrow community for almost four years. Our business has grown into a unique shopping and community destination featuring indoor houseplants, tropicals, plant accessories, planters, Talavera, permanent small-business vendors, a potting and terrarium bar, monthly indoor and outdoor events, plant classes, repotting services, and a private Event Center.
Our Event Center hosts baby showers, gender reveals, celebrations of life, meetings, and other private gatherings.
Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming shopping destination while providing local makers and small businesses with an affordable opportunity to establish a physical retail presence.
A GREAT SOUTH BROKEN ARROW LOCATION
Paloma's is located in New Orleans Square in South Broken Arrow. Our shopping center and surrounding area include businesses that attract families, parents, grandparents, diners, fitness customers, and shoppers throughout the week.
Neighboring and nearby businesses include Bounce & Play South BA, Apple Barrel Cafe Broken Arrow, Crunch Fitness, Bison Steakhouse, McDonald's, Ross, Dollar Tree, and more.
If you have never visited Paloma's, we highly encourage you to stop by and experience the store before applying. We want our vendors to understand our atmosphere, customers, and overall vision before committing to a space.
We want our vendors to thrive and grow alongside us. We carefully curate our vendor mix and intentionally limit overlapping product categories.
All applications are subject to approval and space availability. We may maintain a waitlist for product categories that are already well represented within the store.

Large-format spaces can provide an opportunity to create a more substantial store-within-a-store presence inside Paloma's while still benefiting from our staff, checkout system, customer traffic, marketing, and shared retail environment.
Pricing and terms for large-format spaces are determined individually based on square footage, location, intended use, display requirements, and overall fit within the store.
Please contact us directly regarding availability and pricing for spaces larger than our standard vendor booths.
$35 VENDOR ENROLLMENT FEE
Approved permanent vendors are required to pay a one time $35 non-refundable Vendor Enrollment Fee to secure their space and begin vendor portal enrollment.
The $35 fee reserves your approved vendor space and initiates your vendor portal setup.
The Vendor Enrollment Fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward your first month's rent.
12-MONTH COMMITMENT
Permanent vendor spaces require a minimum 12-month commitment.
We invest time and resources into onboarding vendors, setting up vendor accounts, maintaining the retail environment, marketing our vendor community, and creating a balanced mix of businesses throughout the store.
Your specific lease start date, payment obligations, required notice, early termination terms, move-out procedures, and other contractual requirements will be outlined in your Vendor Agreement.
Please do not apply for a permanent vendor space unless you are prepared to make the 12-month commitment.
Large-format retail spaces may be subject to additional terms based on the size, use, and requirements of the space.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS
Vendors are expected to maintain an active social media presence for their business and regularly let their customers know that they have a permanent shopping location inside Paloma's.
Tagging and sharing Paloma's social media when appropriate is highly encouraged.
We want this relationship to be mutually beneficial. Paloma's promotes our vendor community, and we expect our vendors to help promote the location where their products can be purchased.
2. KEEP YOUR SPACE RETAIL-READY
Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean, organized, attractive, adequately stocked, and safe for customers.
Vendors should visit and refresh their space regularly. Booths should remain reasonably stocked and retail-ready at all times.
Spaces that remain noticeably understocked, unmaintained, or unattended for extended periods may be subject to review.
3. APPROVED PRODUCT CATEGORIES
Paloma's carefully curates our vendor mix and may limit competing or duplicate product categories.
For example, we may choose to accept only one business specializing primarily in a particular product category.
Acceptance does not guarantee complete category exclusivity unless specifically stated in writing.
4. PRODUCT APPROVAL
Only products and product categories included on your approved application may be stocked.
New product categories, brands, or substantially different merchandise must receive written approval from Paloma's before being placed in your space.
5. INVENTORY & PRODUCT LABELS
Vendors are responsible for maintaining their inventory through the vendor portal.
Products may be added or removed through the portal. Any merchandise removed from the vendor portal must also be physically removed from the store.
Every product on the retail floor must have a scannable vendor portal barcode and price.
Vendors are responsible for printing and attaching their own labels before placing merchandise on the sales floor.
Vendors must provide their own physical product tags and labels.
6. MONTHLY RENT
Monthly booth rent must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice. Invoices are automatically generated through Square on the same day each month.
A $50 late fee may be assessed when rent remains unpaid more than five days after the due date.
If payment remains outstanding for 10 days, the vendor may be required to vacate their space for nonpayment in accordance with the Vendor Agreement.
7. PROHIBITED MERCHANDISE
Prohibited merchandise includes alcohol, tobacco or cigarettes, illegal drugs or drug-related products, explicit or adult-oriented merchandise, illegal merchandise, and merchandise Paloma's determines is inappropriate for our family-oriented retail environment.
Paloma's reserves the right to require removal of merchandise that does not align with store policies or our retail environment.
8. BUSINESS INFORMATION
Vendors are strongly encouraged to display business cards, social media information, QR codes, or other approved business information within their space.
9. TAX DOCUMENTATION
Vendors must provide all required business and tax documentation requested by Paloma's or our bookkeeper, including a completed W-9 when applicable.
Required tax documents will be issued in accordance with applicable reporting requirements.
VENDOR PROPERTY, INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, inventory, displays, fixtures, equipment, and other personal or business property brought into Paloma's.
Paloma's does not guarantee against loss or damage to vendor merchandise or property resulting from theft, customer damage, accidents, water damage, fire, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of Paloma's reasonable control.
Vendors are encouraged to maintain appropriate business and inventory insurance for their merchandise and property.
Depending on the size of the vendor space, type of merchandise, equipment used, or nature of the business, Paloma's may require proof of general liability insurance as a condition of occupancy.
Large-format vendors may be required to maintain general liability insurance and provide Paloma's with a current Certificate of Insurance. Specific insurance requirements, when applicable, will be outlined in the Vendor Agreement.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that displays, fixtures, shelving, merchandise, and equipment located within their space are properly installed, maintained, and do not create an unreasonable safety hazard for customers, employees, or other vendors.
Additional liability, insurance, damage, and indemnification provisions will be included in the Vendor Agreement.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR VENDORS
We're looking for small businesses that complement the Paloma's shopping experience and bring something unique to our customers.
Ideal vendors:
✓ Offer quality, retail-ready merchandise
✓ Maintain attractive and well-stocked displays
✓ Have clear branding and professional presentation
✓ Actively promote their business
✓ Communicate reliably
✓ Restock consistently
✓ Offer products that complement rather than directly duplicate existing vendors
✓ Want to establish a long-term retail presence
✓ Support and promote other local businesses
Our goal isn't simply to fill every available space. We want to build a collection of small businesses that gives customers a reason to visit, explore, shop, and come back.
