Key Event / Vendor Information:
We can accommodate 40 outdoor vendors
This event will be outdoor at 3804 S Elm Place Ste B Broken Arrow OK 74011. The SW quadrant of 101st and Elm.
Event Time: 10am – 5pm, Last Sunday of Every Month
Setup Time: 8:30am, vendors must be setup no later than 9:45am.
Breakdown Time: 5pm, vendors must be moved out no later than 7pm
Outdoor Vendors, no electric available: 10x10 space, $50
Vendor fees are non refundable and are not transferrable.
Vendors are responsible for having the appropriate licenses and/or permits for their business.
Vendors are responsible for collecting their own payments, and must have their own payment systems whether it is online, point of sale or cash. Paloma's will NOT be providing change or take money for your sales.
Please remember that we are in Oklahoma, where weather can be unpredictable, and we do not cancel events due to weather conditions.
You must bring your own setup which includes, tables, chairs and a tent (outdoors). Marketing the event and your participation in the event is very important.
After your application has been approved, communication regarding the event will continue through email from vendors@shoppalomas.com.
