The Office of Equity works with community partners and an Interfaith clergy to secure items for FPS families in need. All of the items are stored in a Family Resource Room at Fuller Middle School and are provided to families free of charge.

• FPS Admins, Support Staff, and Teachers may complete the form below to request resources for families in need of clothing, food, shoes, backpacks, etc.
• The Office of Equity will fill the order based on what is available in the Resource Room and the items will be delivered to the school based on the request.
• A maximum of four recipients/people can be entered in each form. This form is open for extended family members also.
• Anyone interested in donating items (must be new, unopened) to the room, please contact Najee Nunnally, Office of Equity at nnunnally@framingham.k12.ma.us or Jacob Hanson, Health and Wellness jhanson@framingham.k12.ma.us
