Facility Essentials Volunteer - help organize HQ equipment & supplies, general cleaning including: cleaning & sanitizing crates, washing/folding laundry, assembly of foster & adoptee kits.Greeter/Community Outreach - educate the community when they visit HQ, "Fur-iendly Speed Dating" greeter and animal presenter, working special events & fundraisers, assisting with set up and break down and ongoing needs during events. Greeting the public at events.Retail Liaison - assist head retail volunteer in updating & managing all retail locations that display pictures of PAR animals, including collection of donations.Transportation - transport dogs from other facilities & homes - i.e., drive to Aztec, New Mexico, pick up & deliver animals to HQ for the intake process. This includes cleaning crates once delivered. Transport animals from foster homes to HQ or other locations as needed.Photographer - photograph animals for social media & retail locations.Dog Walker - take dogs for walks & general day care from foster locations.Database Maintenance - data entry of adoptees, donors.Home Checks on Adoptees - occasional home visit or Face Time visit after or prior to the initial adoption, educating and communicating the proper environments for our animals & their families to succeed and thrive.Dog Adoptions Counselor - interview prospective adoptees, review adoption applications and determine if they are a good fit for a particular animal. *Will require specific training.
