  • Spring/Winter Markets - April 25 & 26 and November 14 & 15.  

    Requests will be given to vendors that are able to attend both days. If availabe, only one day vendors will be determined closer to the market dates. 

    Vendor Information & Requirements

    This is an Indoor Market.

    Vendor Priority - Preference is given to Alberta producers who Make, Bake, or Grow their products. Commercial products are not a priority, and space for them is very limited.

    Vendor Space Fee: $40.00 per market, 6ft table.

    Payment must be pre-paid by credit card or e-transfer to: parklandvillagecc@gmail.com
    Payment is due upon approval.
    Please include your business name in the e-transfer message.
    Payment guarantees your space for that market date.

    Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to Market Day.
    No refunds will be issued for:

    • No-shows
    • Cancellations made within the 72-hour window

    Refunds will only be issued if the Market is cancelled by the Market Manager.

    Table and stall assignments are at the sole discretion of the Market Manager. Every effort will be made to place returning vendors near their previous location; however, final placement is based on:

    • Market mix
    • Space availability
    • Individual market needs

    Market Promotion
    Vendors are asked to help promote the market by sharing the official market poster (provided) on their social media platforms.

    Set-Up & Tear-Down
    Vendors must have their displays fully set up 30 minutes before market opening.
    Vendors may not begin tear-down before the posted closing time.

    Early tear-down may result in not being invited back.

    At the end of the market, please:

    Fold tables and stack chairs, carts for both will be out. 

    Food Vendors – Mandatory Requirements
    All food vendors must have a valid Food Safety and Handling Certificate, one of the following:

    Alberta Food Safety and Handling Certification
    Farmers Market Home Study Course on Food Safety (AHS)
    Certificates must be displayed at the vendor’s table.

    Smoking & Vaping
    Smoking or vaping is not permitted within vendor spaces.
    Smoking or vaping may only occur: In designated smoking areas

    By submitting an application, I declare that all information provided is complete, accurate, and understood. I agree to pay the rates outlined in this document and confirm that I have read and will follow all market rules.

    I understand that:

    • Not all applications are guaranteed space
    • Stall and table allocation is the right and responsibility of the Market Manager
    • I must comply with all applicable Federal and Provincial legislation
