A few Important factors before you book.

Space inside: If you require space for a dance floor & other accessories please reduce the maximum recommended furniture amount in order to accommodate other accessories.

Setup site: We can only setup in secure locations, such as back gardens and or securely gated premises, we unfortuantely can not setup in front gardens/driveways that are not gated and secure for security purposes.

If tent is required to be erect over two different levels then there is a high possibility that we may not be able to include sidewalls on side reduced in height leaving you with a partially or fully open structure, please bare this in mind when booking.

Heating: We have THREE heating options, halogen heaters ideal for summer nights, open structures or winter months providing the maximum quantity is met, fan heaters great for all year round to be used in our smaller sized tents in an enclosed structure to allow the heat to circulate internally and finally our new flagship heating system our Indirect diesel heater for heating our larger enclosed structures with ease all year round.

Bonus: Each day after the first full day will be half price on the tent price only, evening early setup discounts available, discounts also available for returning customers available.

Tent size seated and standing capacity: Please note when adding extra accessories i.e. dance floor, bar into a fully seated structure please rememeber that you may need a larger size to accomodate everything, the figures below are just for tables and chairs only.

With it's built in easy to use thermostat you can gain the optimal temperature to suit your needs within minutes. This heater works extremely well in enclosed spaces as well as partially open structures and is suitable for all size structures we have to offer. Most importantly with this being an indirect heater and not a direct heater rest assured that 100% of the air blown into the structure will be clean, fume-free warm air, as the heater itself will sit outside the structure allowing all fumes to be combusted and expelled outside safely through the built in exhaust. 42ltr tank will provide up to 12 hours of constant heat. A party atmosphere is not complete without good lighting, by adding disco lights to your order this will really transform the overall feel inside your party tent. Small disco light set, Medium disco light set and our Large disco light set which is a combination of the two sets. Add a 500W smoke machine to really allow the lights to pop!! Receive up to three edits if you change your mind on furniture layout or tent size, we can also provide virtual tour video approx 10-15 seconds providing a first person walk around snippet.
