For any coaching program to be practical it needs to have the flexibility to work with your present life. The ideal engagement for the most effective change and progress in my Full Program encourages a commitment of a couple hours a week for a few months. However, it’s helpful before our meeting to get a sense of your resources and willingness so that we can determine which variation of my programs with the commitment of time, energy, and cost would best reflect your specific needs and situation. Our work together could range from a few weeks to a few months and cost from the low to mid four figures. With that in mind, which of the following best matches your intention:
