Please note that all origination activities must be completed by the selected LO Referred who is licensed in [{stateFor}]. Origination activities include: reviewing the fully documented file and running AUS, quoting interest rates to the borrowers, providing the pre-approval letter, and reviewing disclosures (especially Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure) with the borrowers.

• Send It & Forget It: [{referringLo}] agrees to send an email with warm introduction of borrower to LO Referred with all contact info listed. LO Referred will work the file as needed through to Closing.
  
• Dynamic Duo: [{referringLo}] agrees to jointly work the file with the LO Referred, providing support in the areas of application, document gathering, income calculation, loan structuring, and transaction follow up.
• Just Oversight Needed: [{referringLo}] agrees to take Point and do everything needed on the transaction except for the Origination activities mentioned above.
