Furthermore, I confirm that I have obtained proper authorization from the Owner or authorized Agent to access and inspect the property for signs of WDO. It is understood that this inspection may involve probing, which could result in limited defacement to the property. The actual cost may vary, which includes verifying the structure's total area, foundation type, and additional buildings.
