- Please Note: When selecting player grade level, select the grade the athlete will be entering in FALL 2026. ex.) Current 8th grade students should select 9th grade.
- Sibling discounts: Discounts for siblings must be completed at in-person sign ups. They are not available on this form.
- Early Bird registration: $50 discount now until April 30, 2026. Only applies to registrations paid in full. Use code PCEB26.
