MN Spay Neuter Assistance Program (MN SNAP) is coming to Pennington County Humane Society September 16-18! MN SNAP provides high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay and neuter services to MN pet owners who participate in federal or state needs-based public assistance programs, earn less than $45,180 for an individual or $93,600 as a family, or care for feral or free-roaming community cats. SURGERY FEES Payment collected at check in. Cash, credit cards, and "tap to pay" accepted. Cat Neuter (male): $120 Cat Spay (female): $155 Dogs 29.9 lbs and under: $205 Dogs 30 – 49.9 lbs: $225 Dogs 50 lbs and over: $255 This is a request list and does not guarantee an appointment.
