Contract Form

An additional fee $150 will be added to any event that has over 6+ people attending. This additional help will be needed to ensure your event runs smoothly, on time, and to ensure maximum quality and service given.

If you would like your event staffed with Servers and/or Bartenders, I do provided that service and will provide you a flat rate for those services rendered.

After finalizing and agreeing to pricing, menu and signed contract, a 50% Deposit Fee will be expected 48 hours after agreement. Remaining payment will need to be received 72 hours before your event date. If the remaining payment needs to be paid at a later time before the start of event, that must be discussed prior.

IN NO FORM, will any services be rendered until final payment has been paid.

Payments can be sent Via Zelle to listed number. Please right in notes details of the payment.

We do understand that unfortunate events happen that we can't control. But, it's your duty to update us on any cancellations or date changes as soon as possible.

Notice of Cancellation will need to be given 3 days prior to your event to receive your Full deposit back. Anytime after that period, your deposit will be forfeited.

If there is a date change and/or change of venue. We will need 3 days notice to adjust timing and schedules.

In the event that you are booking any event that is 2 hrs away, toll routes and/or out of town. There will be a fee added to account for the travelling accommodations. Price to be determined based on location.
