• Ranch Rodeo welcome bags. Welcome bags for our cowboy contestants. There are 12 teams consisting of 72 cowboys and cowgirls. We wish to promote our sponsors! If you have a promotional item available for us to add to these welcome bag, please notify us by September 1st. You may notify us now of your intent to participate.

As a Friendship sponsor your contribution is funding the 2021 Peace Treaty Pageant & Festival including the Intertribal Powwow and Ranch Rodeo and more. We need to bring the following dates and details to your attention, please take note:

• Chute or Banner sponsor: We need a banner or sign for the Chute or Gate at the rodeo arena. Please contact us if this is your first year as a chute sponsor. Deadline September 1st. 
• Ranch Rodeo welcome bags. Welcome bags for our cowboy contestants. There are 12 teams consisting of 72 cowboys and cowgirls. We wish to promote our sponsors! If you have a promotional item available for us to add to the bag, please notify us by September 1st. 
• 2021 Sponsor Appreciation. During Festival years our Banquet and Fundraising Auction is typically the third Saturday of October. Instead, this being a Pageant year you and a guest are invited to a Sponsor Appreciation evening Saturday, October 16th. Watch for your invitation following the Pageant weekend.

• 1/2 page ad: (approximately 4 3/4" X 7 3/8"). This horizontal ad will be used on your cooresponding team, event, or dance page in the 2020 Peace Treaty Fesival program. The deadline for this ad is August 1st.

If you did not include your url on the previous page, please do so. This is a benefit to not only you, but visitors as well.

As an Affiliate your contribution is funding the the 2021 Peace Treaty Pageant & Festival including the Intertribal Powwow, Ranch Rodeo and more. We need to bring the following dates and details to your attention, please take note:

• Web-link: Your home-page logo on the PeaceTreaty.org page, as well as your permanent presence on our Facebook page offers online visitors the abilty to be directed to either your webpage or your Facebook page by clicking your logo. If you did not include your URL on the page previously requesting it, please do so. This is a benefit to not only you, but visitors as well. 
• Embroidery tape: As a champion sponsor you are providing the Ranch Rodeo team moving on to Amarillo with a team shirt, your logo will be embroidered on the sleeve. We will be in contact with you regarding this exciting project.
• Full page ad: (approximately 7 1/2" X 10"). This ad will be used in the 2020 Peace Treaty Fesival program. Keep in mind this program is at both the Ranch Rodeo and Intertribal Powwow. The deadline for this ad is August 1st.
