All website builds include the choice to pay in full at a discounted rate, or to spread your payments across 3 or 6 months. Your website does not need to be paid off prior to launch, but all payments must be completed as agreed. Failure to complete your payment plan will result in the immediate removal of your website. Your first payment will be processed at checkout, with the remaining balance automatically invoiced monthly based on your selected payment plan.

After launch, your website will be enrolled in our monthly Support Program, starting with our base Root Plan. This ensures your site stays online, secure, and up to date, without you having to lift a finger. Your plan covers essentials like hosting, domain renewals, and technical maintenance, with the option to upgrade for ongoing content edits, blog publishing, SEO support, and more. If you’re a mom building a business from home, you qualify for discounted pricing through Build a SAHM Business (BASB). This program was created to make professional web design more accessible to women growing meaningful businesses alongside motherhood. If used outside of its intended purpose, we reserve the right to cancel the project and retain your deposit without delivery of the final product.

A Summary of Our Agreement:

Please review the following summary of our Website Design & Hosting Agreement. By submitting this form and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This acknowledgment is considered legally binding, and a full copy of the agreement will be sent to you after checkout.

• Your website includes one free domain, managed through Peak & Petal’s GoDaddy account. Existing domains must be transferred, no exceptions.
• Build and launch timelines are based on payment. Estimated launch windows:
  • paid in full = approx. 2–3 weeks
  • 3-month plan = approx. 4–8 weeks
  • 6-month plan = approx. 8–12 weeks
• Launch timelines depend on timely client feedback and submission of materials.
• Your website does not need to be paid off before launch, but all payments must be completed as agreed.
• Late or missed payments may result in paused work, suspended hosting, or permanent removal after 60 days.
• A $250 reinstatement fee applies to resume work or hosting after missed payments.
• All launched websites are enrolled in a Monthly Support Plan (minimum of the Root Plan).
• Separate invoices may be issued for website builds and support plans during your payment plan.
• Hosting includes domain renewal, security updates, and content updates as outlined in your plan.
• Hosting continues month-to-month after the website is launched and can be canceled anytime with 14 days' written notice.
• No refunds for partial months of hosting.
• If hosting is canceled, your website must be rebuilt elsewhere. No backups, files, or migrations will be provided.
• You do not receive backend access to your website. All changes must be handled by Peak & Petal through your support plan.
• Reasonable revisions are included before launch. Ongoing changes depend on your support tier.
• Peak & Petal Designs is not responsible for traffic, sales, or SEO results. Results depend on content, marketing, and ongoing effort.
• Your website may be included in our portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.
• All BASB client websites are listed in the MOMbership Directory at no additional cost. Removal can be requested but does not change your hosting fee.
• You retain ownership of any content and branding you provide. Peak & Petal retains ownership of the website design, structure, and layout.
• Websites may not be copied, duplicated, or transferred to other platforms. You will need to rebuild your website if services end.
