Eligibility
Library cards are free to anyone age 5+ who lives, works, owns property, or attends school in Pelham, NH. If your permanent address is outside of Pelham or you would like a physical library card, you must visit the library in person to obtain a card. Online applicants will be issued cardless accounts.
Please upload your driver's license or other proof of Pelham residency and photo ID. If you are a non-resident, you must sign up for a card in person at the library.
