"Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Pensacola Cigar Weekend! Please complete all fields of this application to proceed. A $200 vendor fee is required upon submission. Once your application is submitted, to include your logo, we will then begin to advertise your business on our marketing platforms. This fee includes participation on both Friday and Saturday. We appreciate your support and look forward to having you join us!"

I understand that to be considered for participation, a completed application must be submitted by Saturday, March 15, 2025.I understand that the Pensacola Cigar Weekend committee reserves the right to approve the participation of any applying group.Vendor placement at the event will be determined by the Pensacola Cigar Weekend committee. I understand that i will not be permitted to take up more space/be in a different space at the event than the one i am assigned.I understand that each organization must provide their own equipment, including tents, tables, and chairs. Tents must be no larger than 10x10.I understand that electricity will be available.I understand that i am responsible for clean-up in my assigned area and will remove all trash generated by my organization before departing.I understand that no food or alcoholic beverages of any kind will be sold at the event. Only authorized food vendors are allowed to sell food and non-alcoholic beverages.I understand that space assignment and further information regarding directions for the event will be sent to the email provided by May 22, 2025.
In order to be considered as a Vendor participate at Pensacola Cigar Weekend, this registration, a release of liability and a photo release must be signed. (See below)

I, acknowledge that I am releasing the City of Pensacola, J & J 116 LLC, Jemmott Enterprises LLC, Pensacola Cigar Weekend (PCW), and all other partners and sponsors, their agents and employees, from any and all liabilities, either individual, joint or several, which they may incur as a result of any act or acts of negligence, contributory negligence, or comparative negligence, engaged in by them which causes, either direct or indirectly, an injury, sickness or illness of any kind, to myself. I further agree that I will hold the City of Pensacola, J & J 116 LLC, Jemmott Enterprises LLC, PCW, and all other partners and sponsors, their agents and employees, harmless from any liability, payment of damages, costs and attorney's fees, and will indemnify the City of Pensacola, J & J 116 LLC, Jemmott Enterprises LLC, PCW, and all other partners and sponsors arising out of or pertaining to in any way the negligence, contributory negligence of any employee or agent of the City of Pensacola, J & J 116 LLC, Jemmott Enterprises LLC, PCW, and all other partners and sponsors or of the City of Pensacola, J & J 116 LLC, Jemmott Enterprises LLC, PCW, and all other partners and sponsors themselves.

Image Release

In consideration of my being allowed to participate in this event, the undersigned agrees that such participates likeness may be photographed or videotaped and that such images may be published in an outlet used to promote or publicize that program.

The City of Pensacola, J & J 116 LLC, Jemmott Enterprises LLC, PCW, and all other partners and sponsors reserve the right to refuse services to any merchant.
