- All Players who DID NOT complete the 2025 Season with the Ducks MUST upload an official Birth Certificate with entire page, Seal must be visible. NO MOTHER'S COPIES. If anything other than a Birth Certificate is uploaded, your registration will be rejected and you will be charged a $5.00 Processing Fee
