Here's some information about us to help make sure we're the right fit.
Generally we do a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. As well as dust and tidy all other rooms. Vacuum and wash the hard floors. Your cleaning can be prioritized and customized however you chose. Our rates include all supplies and we bring our own vacuum.
We love feedback! We want to maintain open communication. We understand each client and home is different so we aim to tailor each cleaning to your needs specifically. Feel free to leave notes, lists, texts with specific requests. Some requests we need notice for incase we need to schedule more time in your home.
Our housekeepers use Buckeye Sanicare Lemon Quat, One-Step Disinfectant, Germicidal Detergent and Deodorant (as a COVID approved all purpose cleaner) method cleaning products, dish soap, toilet bowl cleaner, all purpose cleaner, stainless steel polish, water/vinegar mixture and vim/bleach on heavily soiled/stained surfaces.
We carry WCB, Business Insurance and we do thorough background checks on our employees.
Methods of payment accepted are EFT, etransfer (paymybill@mypernickety.ca), cash, credit card and Apple Pay. Payment is due on the date of your cleaning.
We try our best to accommodate schedule changes and last minute requests. If you must cancel your cleaning we ask for 24 hours notice. If you cannot give 24 hours notice we may charge for 50% of your service. If we must cancel your cleaning, we will try to schedule you for another day as soon as possible.
Our cleaners will bring all the cleaning products they require, rags, a bucket, mop and a light duty vacuum.
Toilet brushes, trash bags and heavy duty vacuums with power heads are the clients responsibility.
Our rate is $42.50/hr per cleaner. If two employees clean for 2 hours you will be charged for 4 hours of cleaning. We reserve the right to quote or charge based off our hourly rate plus other factors in addition (supplies, kilometers, equipment, etc)
Our rate is scheduled to increase by a minimum of 5% annually.
