I am aware that every parent is EXPECTED to volunteer a minimum of 1 shift at our tournament that will be assigned to me at a later date.I am aware that PWA board members communicate with parents primarily through the PWA Facebook page and the Remind app, sometimes through email. To access PWA on REMIND: Send a text to 81010 with a text of @pwa2022I have read the Parent Information Packet and understand the rules and regulations.IMPORTANT: OKWA Liability waiver must be submitted and approved before any child can attend any practices or tournaments. AFTER this registration form is submitted, a PWA board member will submit your information to OKWA and you will be required to APPROVE AND SIGN the waiver via email.
