Self-paced, online workshop presented by NEXTChurch with Crossroads Anti-Racism Organizing and Training
Sponsored by the Anti-Racism Transformation Team (ARTT) of the Pittsburgh Presbytery
Anti-racism is not a program, a mission project, a policy requirement of PC(USA), or even this course. Anti-racism is a way of being. In order to shift how we move & breathe in the world, we must first look at the ways of being that uphold the systems of oppression we seek to dismantle. Only then can we consider new practices & ways of embodying the life-giving values we as Presbyterians seek to animate.
Antiracism as a Way of Being is a six-module/six hour video series developed for NEXTChurch, a network of leaders across the PC(USA), and presented by Crossroads Antiracism Organizing and Training. This course presents the work of anti-racism through the lens of being a Presbyterian.
