  • Cancellation Policy
    We understand that things come up and sometimes appointment times need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In these circumstances, we do require at least 36 hours notice from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a rebooking fee. This gives us a chance to fill the appointment with someone from our waiting list. Providing less than 36 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If no notice is given at all (no-call, no-show), that will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the reserved service amount. The fee (50-100% of reserved service price) will be charged to a credit card held on file, or will be required before scheduling another appointment. 

  • Service Re-Do & Retail Return Policy
    I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. No refunds will be offered on services rendered.
    Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we do accept retail exchanges at full credit for up to 30 days after your initial purchase. Exchanges are not accepted for empty or almost-empty products. Tools can be returned/exchanged within one week of purchase.

  • Punctuality Policy
    I strive to always be on time for my guests. If I am running significantly behind, I will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. The only way I can ensure my punctuality is for each guest to arrive on time for their appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I must reserve the right to reschedule the appointment (rebooking fee will apply), or modify the services provided (i.e. skip blow dry/style, etc.). Thank you in advance for your consideration of my time and that of all the guests I may have scheduled after you the day of your appointment.
