    Expedition Dates: May 8-14, 2026

     

    Inclusions:

    • Transfers: Land transport from Puerto Princesa Airport to El Nido Resort
    • Accommodations: 2-3-star Resort on Day 0 and Day 6
    • Local accidental insurance coverageMeals as specified in itinerary (Full board: B, L, D)
    • Five (5) days guided kayak tour with professional kayak guide

    Exclusions:

    • International and domestic airfare, including airport taxes
    • Camping gears or equipment
    • Tipping for guide, driver, or helper
    • Personal expenses such as:
      • Table drinks during meals at hotels/restaurants
      • Telephone calls
      • Laundry
      • Porterage at airports/resort
      • Room service
    • Additional costs due to:
      • Flight/train delays, rescheduling, or cancellations
      • Weather conditions or force majeure events
      • Political closures, technical faults, fires, floods, explosions, strikes, embargoes, or other uncontrollable events
    • Any other services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions

    Itinerary:
    May 8, 2026 (Day 0)
    - Arrival and group orientation.

    May 9–13, 2026 (Days 1–5)
    - Multi-day kayaking expedition with island and coastal activities.
    - Each night, participants will camp on different islands.

    May 14, 2026 (Day 6)
    - End of the expedition program.
    - Participants may begin their onward travel or return.

     

    PARTICIPANT TRAVEL AND ITINERARY GUIDELINES:

    • Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to the trip’s starting point in Puerto Princesa (PPS) and must arrive by early morning or direct flight to El Nido Palawan on Day 0 (the day before paddling begins).
    • Kayak Philippines will arrange a hotel or resort in the El Nido area to serve as the staging area at both the start and end of the trip.
    • Participants may choose to fly out the day after the final day of the trip or travel to Manila or for personal travel.
    • Ground transport within Palawan (from arrival in Puerto Princesa until the designated “travel-on” day) will be provided by Kayak Philippines. More detailed logistics will be shared as plans are finalized.
    • Please note: this itinerary is a general guideline. Actual days and locations may vary depending on weather conditions and group dynamics.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking
    • No bookings have been finalized yet; some services are on a book and buy basis
    • Advance payment is required
    • Hotels may require a security/incidental deposit or credit card imprint upon check-in
    • Standard hotel check-in time: 2:00 PM
    • Standard check-out time: 12:00 NN
    • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and approval
    • In case of bad weather, force majeure, or government advisories, Kayak Philippines Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel operations. The company will not be liable for any forfeited fees already paid to suppliers
    • Package Validity: This package rate is valid for 60 days from the date of this quotation. After this period, rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

     

    PAYMENT TERMS

    Package Rate: ₱155,040.00 = $2,720.00 per pax
     if 4 pax up: ₱122,550=$2,150.00 per pax
    Exchange Rate Reference: ₱57.00 = $1.00 USD

    Payment schedule:

    • Reservation Fee (non-refundable): ₱20,000 due upon booking
    • 50% of Total Payment Downpayment (6 months before target date): Due by November 1, 2025
    • Remaining balance (3 months before target date): Due by February 1, 2026

    Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    • Full refund minus reservation fee: Before November 1, 2025
    • 50% refund minus reservation fee: Before November 2 to February 1, 2026
    • No refund: After February 1, 2026
