Per your lease agreement, if an animal was residing in the unit Progress 910 requires all upholstery items to be professionally steam cleaned prior to move-out. Residents have two options.
Option #1: Use an Approved Outside Vendor & Provide a Receipt
- You may opt to have our approved upholstery cleaning vendors professionally clean your items.
- A copy of the receipt must be provided to the onsite management team.
- If a receipt is not provided to the office in a timely manner, your account may be charged for this service.
- If no receipt is provided, your account may be charged for this service.
- Additional charges may be applied for any difficult stains, wear, or damage.

Option #2: Elect to Have {property} Handle Furniture Cleaning (Charge Associated)
- You may opt to have Progress 910 handle upholstery cleaning for an additional cost.
- If no decision is made, or if no receipt is provided, our team will handle your upholstery cleaning and add the associated charges to your move out statement.
- Additional charges may be applied for any difficult stains or damage.
- If no receipt is provided for the upholstery cleaning, Progress 910 will handle the common area upholstery cleaning and split the charge between the current residents.

- Chair: $125
- Sofa/Sectional: $250
