Mentoring Agreement

A copy of the mentoring agreement will be sent to the Mentee and Mentor upon submission.
We are entering into a voluntary mentoring partnership that we expect to benefit both of us. We want this to be a rewarding experience as we work together to support, reflect and grow upon our agreed mentoring goals.

Confidentiality
We will maintain a relationship built on mutual trust and respect, ensuring both personal and professional confidentiality.
Meetings and Communication
We have exchanged our contact information and have determined our communication methods and meeting schedule.
We have agreed to carry this relationship out until Date or until our goal(s) are accomplished, whichever comes first. We will review our progress when this period is complete and decide if we want to renew the partnership.
Frequency of Meetings*
It is recommended to meet at least a total of four (4) times, throughout the Mentoring Term. Including the intro call and a wrap up call.

Other Considerations may include: Who will be responsible for setting up the meetings? i.e. creating the Zoom/video call link. Will there be meeting agendas?
This mentoring agreement defines how we will work together and are committed to make a good faith effort to resolve any issues that may arise between us during the term of this agreement.
