Portrait Photography Agreement
Session Fee: $300
1. Payment
A non-refundable $150 deposit (plus tax) is due at booking.
Balance of $150 due on session day.
Session includes 20 minutes + All digital images.
Deposits cover Cecy’s time, talent, equipment, and prep.
If canceled, the fee is not refunded, but sessions can be rescheduled.
2. Copyright
All photos are protected by copyright law.
Copying, scanning, altering, or commercial use is not allowed without written permission from Photography by Cecy.
