Agreement for Portrait Photography

A non-refundable deposit of $100 plus tax is due at booking. The remainder $250 must be paid the day of the session (zelle, cash or check preferred).

This fee covers Cecy’s time, talent, equipment, and props before, during, and after your session. If you need to cancel, the session fee is non-refundable, but Photography by Cecy is happy to reschedule for another date.

All images are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, scanned, altered, printed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Photography by Cecy. By paying, you agree to these terms and conditions.
