**Rental Requirements:**

1. A copy of your credit report is required, showing a score of 600 or higher for all leaseholders over 18 years of age.

2. There should be no prior evictions within the last two years.

3. No outstanding property debt is permitted.

4. Proof of income is required for all leaseholders over 18 years of age.

5. A photo ID must be provided for all leaseholders over 18 years of age.

6. To begin, you will need to sign an exclusive rental agreement, which confirms that you agree to work with me exclusively in finding your rental property. I will send you this contract once I receive the completed form.

After I receive the signed Exclusive Rental Agreement, I will provide you with a list of available properties that fit your desired location and budget. During the process of finding a property for you, I will show you 3 to 5 properties, so please pay close attention to the pictures and descriptions. If you have any questions for the rental agents before scheduling showings, I am happy to communicate with them on your behalf.
