Studio Policies and Terms

All businesses have terms. Mine are detailed in five "policies" we'll go over on the next few screens. These can also be viewed easily at any time on my website at: pianobelloso.com/policies.

    About Policies & Exceptions

Policies can feel a little bit like “the law.” They are meant (like the police, from which the word originates) to protect and serve expected, “normal” interactions and be a guide for students and myself to fall back on when issues and questions arise.

Policies, however, cannot address every possible variation of human interaction in business. So, I want you to know that I do allow some room for making exceptions or “bending” the rules when I feel that it is necessary or appropriate. My students, and people in general, always come first. And I promise to make every effort to remain flexible in that regard. That said, it is important to understand that I am human, and have limitations.

    The Student Guide

On the next few screens, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you take the time to actually read/review the information provided.

Don't worry! This won't be like reading a legal contract or scrolling through one of those endless online privacy agreements. I have distilled all of the information students and families NEED TO KNOW into this guide.

    Online Account Access

Although my website is the central hub of the studio's online presence, there are actually three different online accounts that students and families will need access to regularly. This policy provides suggestions and guidelines for the uses and differences of each account.
