**Pink Pump Breast Cancer Foundation Vendor Agreement**

By registering as a vendor for the **Pink Pump Breast Cancer Foundation Annual Breast Cancer Walk**, you agree to the following:

* Vendor fees are **non-refundable** unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
* Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, and any other equipment needed.
* Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time and remain open until the event concludes unless approved otherwise.
* Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and removing all trash before leaving.
* The Pink Pump Breast Cancer Foundation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or personal property.
* Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner and comply with all local, state, and event rules and regulations.
* By submitting this registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Vendor Agreement.
